Dear Dr Jung,
I am interested in rhinoplasty because I would like to increase the height of my nasal dorsum a little using goretex. Will my nasal tip also increase in height alittle too? Or do you have to add ear cartilage graft  to my nasal tip inorder to get the tip of the nose more prominant? Can you do this by closed method? What are the disadvantages of carrying these procedures out using the closed method?  Thanks!
