This is the hawk shaped nose with the crooked nose top was this first surgery or were you revising another surgeons work.

Are deviations of the same nature very very difficult to correct where the nasal bones are concave and convex.  You seem very very skilled with your fractures and have made some very good correction on the warped noses.

was case 295 a very difficult surgery?  what have you done on the bones thanks
